1.0 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing smm.asia or utilizing our regional marketing infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a Master Service Agreement (MSA) for both inbound inquiries and retainer-based engagements.

2.0 Service Delivery & Outcomes

SMM Asia provides outcome-led marketing retainers. The specific scope of execution, regional governance, and strategic control are defined in individual Service Orders.

  • Execution is based on infrastructure capacity, not "post counts" or manual creative quotas.
  • SMM Asia retains ownership of our proprietary Execution Frameworks used during delivery.

3.0 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing brand assets and necessary platform access.
  • Ensuring all provided materials comply with local market regulations.
  • Timely feedback on strategic pivots and narrative audits.

4.0 Payments & Retainers

Retainers are billed monthly in advance in USD unless otherwise specified. Failure to maintain active retainer status may result in the suspension of regional governance layers and local execution teams.

5.0 Limitation of Liability

While we strive for regional dominance and narrative control, SMM Asia is not liable for platform-side changes, algorithm updates, or localized market volatility beyond our direct governance.
